This service constitutes a complete and individualized package according to the needs presented by the client, which guarantees close monitoring by the members of the BUYME Business team, so that the client feels accompanied and secure in their daily decision-making and strategic planning.
There is no fixed structure for this service, as it is built in order to respond to the client's needs, although there is always a prior assessment of the economic viability and the business model itself, with the subsequent creation of the strategy to be adopted. Interim monitoring reports are presented frequently, accompanying the interim meetings held with the consulting team.
